The Nine: BSRI Engine to RI the physical world

Due to popular demand Tim Rifat has decided to release some BSRI technology to the public. The Nine: PCPA system uses the power of the Council of the Nine, the ultimate negative entities to empower BSRI used for RI of the physical world. As explained on this site the Nine are the leaders of the negative parasite entities that control mankind. The nine PCPA's shred the council of nine using their energy to empower your RI. Instead of channelling the council of nine to steal your life force, BSRI reverses the flow so you use their life force via the nine PCPA to empower your RI.

Since the PDF (see my RV book) constrains physical reality to stop psi working, the nine BSRI PCPA's shred the nine and the PDF they designed, to enable you to carry out any RI. The PDF is designed to hold you in a reality prison. The Nine BSRI PCPA's shred the PDF and the nine negative memetic entities to enable you to carry out any type of RI in the physical world. This technology will prove useful to the RI who wishes to RI the stock market or his competitors.

The Nine BSRI PCPA's are based upon Sedenions mathematics, the basis of the prison realm man is corralled within. Since the mathematics oscillates around eight octonions, there is no need for more than nine PC's as the ninth is the repetition of the first eight repeated again to get all the sixteen of the Sedenion system (15 imaginary and one real number).

To use the Nine BSRI PCPA's to boost your RI for physical manipulation of events, people, you place eight of the PC's in a circle and hold the ninth in your left hand. This charges you with the power of the Nine as it shreds them and their PDF. To suck energy out of the target keep the ninth PC in your left hand. To pulse energy into the target put the ninth PC in your right hand. The Nine BSRI PCPA system is a general purpose PA for super-boosting RI for the physical realm. To carry out RI in psi-space you need the 7 PC's of the BTRI system. The Nine BSRI PCPA's are composed of nine smoky quartz crystals which have the Council of Nine trapped in torment in the PA to provide you with the power to shred the PDF. Since the Council of Nine are inorganic negative entities their implosion into torment supplies the negative imaginary number field to empower the Sedenion (15 imaginary plus one real number field) field effect matrix to shred the PDF and empower your RI of physical targets.

The Nine BSRI Engine instructions

1. To use the nine PC's tuned to boost RI in the physical plane place eight of the PC's in a circle around you.
2. Hold the Ninth PC in your left hand and visualise the nine PC's sucking energy from the nine negative entities called the Council of Nine that control the negative memetic energy parasites that infect humanity. As you shred the Council of Nine feel the Paranormal Damping Field (PDF) that is used to stop psi working being shredded by the Nine PC's.
3. Feel the black energy of the Council of Nine, their swarm of negative entities and the PDF that imprisons man's awareness being shredded.
4. Channel this black energy into the biophysical field of your energy body to empower you for RI the target.
5. Project your energy body over the target and swamp their biophysical field with your energy body.
6. Once you have overcome their energy body you can RI the target to full effect. To suck energy out of the target keep the ninth PC in your left hand. To pulse energy into the target place the ninth PC in your right hand.
7. To influence behaviour focus on the brain centre to be RI and suck out energy to damp down this centre or put in energy to excite it.
8. Placing the thought, instruction or desire into the brain centre you wish to program can make depress the target if you suck energy out of the brain centre or pulse energy in to excite the brain centre. 9. To make events go away suck energy out of them using the ninth PC in your lefts hand.
10. To make events manifest pulse energy into your visualised event to empower it so it becomes real.
11. To use the Nine BSRI PC's for investment suck out energy from the stock, land, etc you wish to fall in value.
12. To use the Nine PSRI PC's for investment pulse in energy to the stock, land, etc, you wish to rise in value.
13. For business warfare you suck out energy of companies, organisations, etc you wish to fail.
14. For business warfare you pulse in energy to companies and organisations you wish to thrive.
15. To make individuals fail suck out energy.
16. To make individuals succeed pulse in energy.

It can be seen that having an energy engine like the Nine BSRI PC's gives an individual RI the power to do virtually anything in the physical world simply by sucking out energy to banish and pulsing in energy to invoke events of any kind to individuals, organisations, etc. Remember to program the banishment or invocation to precisely tune the RI event required.

3. RI is very easy if you have the energy and foolproof if you deal with the PDF and negative entities that block RI. The Nine BSRI system is the best RI system for military industrial milieu RI as it is generations ahead of present day RI - micro chipped RI'rs as used by the West and the 100,000 plus group RI as used by China. By tapping into the Matrix and shredding it to power you RI you have the power to make your will manifest.
4. The system is easy to use as you suck energy out of the target or even by holding the ninth PC in your left hand. 10. The Nine BSRI-engine is totally effective against all RI'rs using US, Australian primitive RI and is recommended for people under attack so they can get revenge. 11. The principles of the BSRI-engine are:

1. Ninth PA in left hand to suck in energy
2. Ninth PA in right hand to pulse out energy
3. Suck in energy to demanifest, destroy, lower, etc
4. Pulse out energy to manifest, build, raise, etc.

Add your visualisation to the above to demanifest using 1 and 3, or to manifest using 2 and 4. The BSRI engine amplifies your intent when RI the biophysical engine enables you to carry out PSi-work. It amplifies simple or complex RI protocols and enables RI of all physical reality. It also works on RI attackers - use 1 and 3 to destroy them and their work or 2 and 4 to heal people of physical complaints.
